Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Once again I have modified Angela Kane’s fabulous and simple AK Polo Neck Dress Pattern. This time I added a band just below the bust area, and made a bit of an A line too, but had to take it in quite a bit. I zigzaged all the seams and edges with some lighter thread so I could wear it inside out, and get a “curling” effect on the edges, but on my hubby’s advice, I decided to wear it the “traditional way” today. I see a lot to novice sewing in it, but overall I’m quite pleased with the colour. Nex time I plan to wear this “dress” with tights and booties, we’ll see the results.
Material Notes
Some kind of stretchy lycra-like material.
