Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I made this project from Burda Magazine issue 01/2011. I struggled with the collar a bit, could not get it to look like the one in the magazine, so I adapted it a bit and added a button and buttonhole to keep everything together. I also added lace right arround to where I attached the whole collar to the coat. I think in the pattern it is not attached, but could not get it right. The picture in the magazine is not very clear on that. I had material left, so I made a matching flower broach to put on it. I also added lining to give it more body and protection from the cold wind.

Thank you very much :) Yes it is a nice warm coat, we have winter season here now and it is very very cold!
