Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This dress was the result of me wanting to play with a striped fabric. I love the chevron trend and searched for a pattern that would allow me to create one on the bust. This Butterick reproduction pattern (#5605) has a great back cutout and button detail that I fell in love with. I shortened the sleeves, made it a mini and added a matching exposed zipper with the hope of modernizing the New Look shape.
