I made this dress with one of three african wax print fabrics that I bought from Vlisco some time ago. The pattern is a simple sheath dress, self-drafted. I put an exposed zipper in the back. I was not sure if I would feel comfortable with this bold print
kind of shouting so this is more an experimentation in style. My mother commented that the fabric would be more suitable as a chair cover!!! However, I like wearing it and I will go on using the rest of the wax fabrics.
