This is made from lovely soft cotton lawn and its a burda vintage looking pattern. I’ve never sewn with cotton lawn before and this was a perfect choice, as it makes the shirt flowy. Had to be careful cutting out as the fabric moves. The button holes and buttons went like a dream. the only adjustment i made was to take in the shoulder seams… I’m a funny shape. There is a nice pleat at the back, cant quite see on the photo. this was a really nice pattern to follow. Love the result, can’t wait to wear it….tomorrow!
