A crisp cotton dress for a humid D.C. day…

Inspired by a purchased dress, this cotton shift is cinched at the waist by a ribbon tie. Inset lace graces the plunging neckline at back.

    I do like this dress, the colour is really pretty and the puff sleeves are perfect, I would like to see the inset lace at the back too.
