Fabric: Black and white cotton knit
I didn’t want a cut right at my bustline, so, I eliminated one of the three pattern pieces of the front bodice.
I changed the neckline by adding a funnel collar.
I’m not very fond of the sleeve bands of the original design and since the weather here isn’t yet quite warm, I decided to put medium length sleeves to my dress.
And viola! Here’s my version of the so famous Paneled Sheath Dress.
I’m very pleased with the result. The dress fits pretty well and it is very flattering and comfortable.
W 150 cm x L 150 cm jersey knit, fusible interfacing.
