Hey,
I’ve recently finished this jacket. Its a very heavy wool fabric, which is normally taken for winter coats.
Pattern is made by using the German Einheitssystem. Very old system but works great!
I love the lining. There is weaved in the Berlin’s map!!!! Although the Cologne ones would have been better :)
The jacket is absolutely tailormade and bespoken.
Collar was a compromise. A normal was not possible because the fabric is absolutely to heavy.
The vent is opening because the bottom of that dummy is toooo huge HAHAHAHA
So long

Thank you Timi,
acutally, no! It was very easy to match them… but not at the sleeves.. because of a lot of ironwork arround the armholes… how you can see :/

Hello Basti,
wouw! what a long way to go for me to reach this results. I like the collar! I have a jacket with a similar one made by the Dutch designer Hans Ubbink. Where can you get the German Einheitsystem? Are there any books avalible? Greatings Martin

Hey Martin!
Thank you!!! :)
Die Zuschneidekunst für die Herrenschneiderei nach dem Einheitssystem. Its called like this an if you enter this into the german Google you find directly a website which offers it at this moment for 24.Euro. Its antique and you have to search for it.
Its not bad! I’ve been using for years Müller and I was always hasitating to get myself into a new system… buts quiet easy and very! logical.
Have a try on it! :)
