second dress/top, finished a few hours ago: a maryy dress variation, made in a recycled blue cotton with huge black polkadots. the cotton comes from a big dress i found in the charity shop i work at :)
i used the maryy pattern fr the 3rd time, but in this version i shortened it, i added a band at the center of the chest, and i used only a strap sewn at the extreme sides of top front, it does not open, only put your head into it ^^ i also did not add the side zip, because i found it very easy to put on also closed.
i bought a black cotton trim for decorating the top, what came out is a very fifties inspired dress! i never loved very much the fifties style, but this is a great compromise!
