Burda Style For people who sew
Description
The materials for this petticoat have been accumulating slowly for over a year, but the thrift-store find of a TON of lace trim last weekend finally tipped it over the edge.
Originally based on this tutorial but it kinda took on a life of its own. Now all I need to do is make some skirts to wear over it!
