With only one and a half yards, it’s not easy making a dress for an eight year old but that’s where this shirred sundress comes into its own. A couple of rectangles with four straps and I only just managed to give my daughter her unicorn dress.
I used Heather Ross’s double gauze from the first of her Far Far Away collections for Kokka. The fabric is amazingly soft and beautiful .. and the perfect thing to wear on a hot day, which is just what it is today!
