This tunic is made of an elastic knit jersey in yellow and grey stripes bordered with silver thread so it has a little shine to it.
It is tied just bellow the hips for a hip look and ends with flounces.

Adorable! From the thumbnail I actually thought it was a play suit. It looks really comfy. I love the styling of the flounces on the bottom, I think it would look really cute as a play suit too.
