I first fell in love with this tie in a specialty men’s store in Venice Italy while on vacation. I decided I had to buy it for my husband’s birthday but when I looked at the price tag I changed my mind. It was around $250 U.S. !! On the flight home I couldn’t stop thinking about it and decided I could make it myself. I’ve made men’s ties in the past but I found a great source online for inexpensive but quality ties and decided I could buy one and add the rhinestones myself. So I came up with a template to make the placement of the stones easier. I’ve made two ties, one black and one sapphire blue and both are gorgeous and so unique. It’s a special tie for a special guy, perfect for a wedding or a night on the town. With Father’s day coming up, it would make a great gift. Click the link in “credits” to get the free instructions.

Very sharp tie. I would wear it with a men’s inspired shirt and trousers.
