This shirt, at first sight, is nothing special. But! In this case I finally did it with the sleevehead.
A few months ago, martinK and I were speaking about how to get a nice sleevehead into a shirtsleeve. It should not look like a women blouse sleeve, neither it should be uncomfortable and no pads, please!
It was a lot of work in the pattern construction but now I’m done!
The problem on industrial shirt is that the shoulders are mostly overlaped and the sleeve cup is always very flat. That gives wrinkles and destroys the illusion of a nice slim fited shirt, because in slim fit shirts, you haven’t got much space in the armhole that makes it very heavy to create a nice sleeve pattern.

Hey Martin :-)
No, the sleeve pattern looks very strange. I will post it on my blog, there you will see the pattern. But a key is also the armhole.
