As a starting classical singer without enough time/sewing skills to make her an entire wardrobe, my sister could really use some stylish new clothes. So I went a ahead and made this skirt. I had her measurements from a dress I made her last year, so I made a basic skirt block and drafted this pattern, an overskirt with 4 pleats over an underskirt with a ruffle at the hem. I really hope she’ll like it.
