This is going to be my new favourite dress this festive season. Bought this shiny red lame/cotton in the U.S. of A and it wouldn’t stop screaming at me (yes, cotton talks to me and tells me to do things) until I sewed it up.
The minute I saw this fabric I couldn’t stop thinking of roses, and after thinking about it extensively while honeymooning in Hawaii, I came back to Australia with a creation fully formed in my mind.
I LOVE how the sleeves turned out, and I can feel another dress version coming on soon.
