My sister wanted a cool party dress to wear to a gala we went to last night, so I shortened a floor length red ballgown that she wore to her senior prom 4 years ago. I added a bit of black tulle around the hem and tailored it a bit more so that it fit her better as she’s now a bit smaller than she was in high school. Also decided to use the wrap that came with the dress as a fun sash about the waist. It was so easy! Made it yesterday afternoon and still got to the gala on time!
