When I found this plastic-covered fabric, I knew I had to try and make myself a raincoat. I made the pattern myself. It’s like a swing-coat: big and wide with wide raglan sleeves, a back pleat and a big hood and fully lined. I’m so glad I decided to be sensible and opt for a zipper closure and no pockets because the plastic coating really imposes some limits… no ironing, anyone?
