A pencil dress with an elastic gathered lace top

Description
The top part of the dress is a stretchy lace with a cotton lining, couldn’t find a stretch lining for it. Th down part is a non stretch knit fabric. The center front, the two side seams and the center back are gathered with elastic on the inside. The back is a low V-cut with a zipper closure from the center back to d middle of the skirt. There is a back center slit for leg movement
I wore this outfit to a sunday church servce. Got lots of compliments on it :-)
Material Notes
Stretch lace for the top and a knit medium weight cotton fabric for the down.
