The second addition to my winter wardrobe challenge – a printed, pleated blouse! I used a cotton broadcloth with a print that appears as a polka dot from afar but is actually little tufted ovals. Pattern and texture! Blogged here

1 yard dobby cloth, 1 yard of white broadcloth for facings and bias binding, 5 buttons

I apologize for not seeing your question sooner. I used a burda pattern (09/2011 Sleeveless Blouse). You should be able to see a link to the download on the right side bar. If not, a quick search should turn it up.
