This is New Look 6808 and I’m well aware my version looks exactly like the cover art. Sigh.
I made this in a stretch poplin, thus eliminating the need for the side zipper indicated in the pattern. Other then that I made no changes. I cut a size 16 because I wanted to get out of doing a Full Bust Adjustment, and honestly, I enjoy the looser fit, so I consider that a win.
The back piece was supposed to be cut on the fold, but for fabric efficiency’s sake I didn’t do so, instead stitching it up with a 1/4 inch seam allowance. You do what you must…
