Based on a Threadbanger tutorial on a Mad Hatter costume, I ran up this number. With the top hat, I’m a Mad Hatter, and with driving goggles, I’m Toad of Toad Hall!
Card, corduroy, lace, curtain lining, and an old jacket and jeans.

The mottling was acheived with black and blue spray paint. Oh, and I used a smaller amount of dye than usual, so the green is patchy too.
