i made my “a little bit 90ies danielle” two weeks ago and really liked it, so i decided to do another one.
i am absolutely satisfied with the result.
i had to shorten the original pattern because i am really tiny, i lengthened the sleeves and added a bow underneath the bust. i have to admit, i am totally obsessed with bows!
ps: sorry i had no time to iron it before the pictures where taken.
really thin cotton, i had to sew a lining under the whole dress

Too cute! I have seen so many lovely dresses based on the Daniele pattern, I must pull finger and make me one, too! I love your take on it. Well done

süüüß!! love the colours!!
oh yes, the danielle pattern can be modified well into a dirndl. I’ve not finished mine yet but when trying it on, I also thought that the whole thing is crying out for an apron! ;)))

i also thought about making a cute white apron. i think that would complete the dirndl look :)
