En lejongul dröm.
A lion yellow dream.
I made this poncho-thingy inspired by one of Grosgrains blogg-entries during her “Free Pattern Month”: The Sunny Resort Blouse Pattern featuring Adey.
I made some adjustments by adding bias-tape everywhere and by not joining the back and front pieces to make sleeves. I keept it poncho-style! On my body-type the garment would have gotten such an abrupt ending otherwise. Now it is flowing around my body instead!
I really like the yellow end orange shades. In Swedish we call this particular color “lion yellow”.
Jersey and cotton bias-tape.

I like lion yellow and the combination with the white bias tape. It’s moving beautifully.
