A light cotton shirt dress. I used this pattern that has a series
of shirts.
I would like to make another one with more interesting fabric and
pipe out the back and front yoke.
I made up the front frill thingy. I only had two and a half yards of
fabric and did not align the yoke pieces along the grain as suggested.
I don’t know what will happen !!! Yipes.
Also, I had very little fabric left for the sleeves and belt and sort of
did my own pattern I guess!

It is so easy. I would think that the JJ blouse must have ruffle instruction… no? Take a peak or else I
will write and tell you how I did it !!!!!

it looks great! you can always jazz it up with some funky colored accessories if you think the fabric isn’t that exciting. or maybe a different belt, maybe a fun scarf belt or something. also, love the doggies in the background!
