That brings back memories, when my three daughters were in that age! (that’s about 30 years ago). They also had a Tartan-Kilt, when the first girl grew out of it, the next one wore it. They liked it a lot, like the cute little gingham dress you have made. The rose and the black lace are a good idea, they make the skirt more individual!
