Based on Butterick B4176, I drafted the peter pan collar following Gertie’s awesome instructions (http://www.blogforbettersewing.com/2010/02/drafting-peter-pan-collar-part-one.html), added a band and modified the sleeve slightly. Leggings fabric from the thrift store, I used an existing pair as pattern. Vintage buttons from my newly open Etsy store :)
