Description
Custom dress with waist ruffle, low back and cap sleeves, handmade belt with vintage buckle. Loosely based the bodice on New Look 6699 then customised the neck and back height. Simple gathered skirt with half-circle gathered ruffle.
Material Notes
Cotton voile, striped cotton skirt lining, polyester top lining, vintage buckle.
