Don’t you love the people who are always enthusiastic and interested in your creative undertakings, no matter what new idea you come up with? Well, for me it is my Mom. So when she “ordered” a blazer from me, of course I was going to make it, and better make it great! It was a bit daunting though – blazers are difficult to get perfect, and sewing something for someone who lives 800 kilometers away and you can’t put it on them after every stitch is scary! She also insisted on being my first real customer, paying me for it. I’m happy how it came out, even though it certainly isn’t perfect – but I am thrilled to see that I definitely grew with this challenge. The pattern was based on a blazer from 1953, but we altered it quite a bit. For more information come to my blog: Of Dreams and Seams

really great, I love it. Der Blazer ist Dir wirklich gut gelungen! Mit alten Schnittmustern umzugehen ist oft nicht leicht, deshalb habe ich grossen Respekt vor Deiner Leistung!
