made this for a friend of mine sometime in december, had lil trouble placing d darts but it still came out good. looked bettee on her though.

This is great! Did you put the diagnal pieces together before you made the darts or after?

i marked the dart on each of the diagonal pieces and sew them before attempting to sew the pieces together while trying to align the darts. If you place the pieces together before sewing the dart, the diagonal lines get distorted.
