I made this based on the franzi jacket although I modified the neckline and added a collar, I also added extra seems in the back as I thought the original adjustable strap was too wide and looked a bit messy? I also added a lining without creating a facing so it was somewhat untidy!, I have since checked out Mirela’s weblink to inserting linings and I think I will try that out next time, it’s very helpful so it’s worth a look.
I'm not sure, the outer fabric is a poly (stretchy in a very annoying way!) the black edging is just a satin sheen cotton and a polyester lining. All the fabrics are old bits that I found as I knew this was going to me more of a test job!

wait, it’s 2 vests or am I wrong? ;) in first foto i see buttons in different side then in other ones.. anyway, it looks great! i like your version of this pattern.
