Description
This handmade dress is made out of a blend of cotton and polyester and is super comfortable. It features a two-tiered skirt and is cinched in with a black belt at the waist that can be worn many different ways. This sweet dress can be worn out on a Friday night or to work. The floral pattern takes this dress back to the early 1990s but the shape is very flattering and modern. The inside is serged for extra durability.
