Burda Style For people who sew

So I was out thrifting with my good friend and I came upon this dress. It was a horrid 80s monstrosity, but! The fabric it was made out of was pure heaven; Black and while polka dotted 100% silk. At the low, low price of $4 I knew it had to come home with me because it was destined for greatness. A chance pass through my pattern stash and I landed on the perfect pairing- Collette patterns Sencha blouse. I immediately took my seam ripper to the dress and before I knew it the skirt was a big enough piece to fashion this lovely blouse.
