I bought the fabric 2 years ago through a fabric coop in the USA. I tried to see if I could find a name or manufacturer through the coop but couldn’t find it. I was just in NYC and hunted the garment district for anything similar and couldn’t find anything like it. Sorry I couldn’t help more but I’ll keep trying to find a name or manufacturer and post if it find it. I’m glad you like the jacket. It has become my favorite due to the unique fabric and pattern.

Hmm, it seems to be called Cotton Leather, and it seems to be made from recycled cotton. Here are two links I have found:
