After finishing my first project I moved straight on to this, my first ever dress!
I’d raided my mums old sewing patterns and found this cute dress/ smock pattern. I finished this surprisingly quickly, just 2 days compared to the months I left the JJ blouse for.
The pattern was easy, the only downsides were: the size- even though it should have fit (thankfully mum was the same size as me) it looked like a sack. I had to take it in about 5" overall on the bodice. I also didn’t need the zip recommended as it’s so big I can pull it on!
Also the collar was quite tricky, but overall I quite like it.
Pattern: Style 3427
