I love this blouse and downloaded the pattern. Not sure I understand the directions but from your photo…it looks as if the ties are connected to the neck edge but are free from the shoulder seams forward. Is there a button to hold the from neck edge together? You are so right—the directions make it seem more difficult.

Cute! I’d like to make it. I really need this kind of bow tie blouse.

That’s such a cute outfit. I like how you made the ties ends in pointy instead of square. It really adds to the character of the blouse.

Ooooooh, I love the print, and your styling is so buttoned-up sexy ;)
(I’ve really got to get around to making that tie-front blouse too. I downloaded it months ago, but keep doing other things first. )

Thank you so much, puffing! :)
The pattern is great, however I do hate the instructions. They won’t make sewing easier.
