Lay each interfaced cuff piece on cuff piece with no interfacing, right sides together. Stitch along side edge, next to abutting line, and along lower edge. Turn cuffs right side out and press edges. Baste open side edges together, next to seam allowance. Trim away seam allowances. Bind side edges with bias strips, -turning bottom end of binding to inside and sewing it closed. Work buttonholes as marked. Lay front edges of cuffs (with buttonholes) on back edges, to abutting line, and baste in place. Stitch cuffs to lower edges of sleeves, with wrong sides facing, matching bound edge of cuff to back sleeve seam (seam number 9). Trim seam allowances of joining seams to 1 cm (3/8 in) wide and bind with bias strips, beginning and ending at lower sleeve seam and turning in end of binding strip.
