Step 9 Bind edge of collar (Outside of Jacket)
Fold binding strip in half lengthwise and press, righ side facing out. Unfold strip out flat again. Now turn each lengthwise edge of strip in to pressed crease, one after the other, and press again. Then fold strip again. Lay binding strip over outer edges of collar and -baste, easing joining edge of bind-ing on rounded corners. Stitch bind-ing in place, with zigzag stitching.
