Alterations I made – I don’t like how far the crotch goes down so I measured the crotch depth and changed it so its 1-2 inches longer than mine, gonna make them soon hopefully I’ll get the nice draped effect with the pleats but without the baggyness :)

To add: I also topstitched the pleats so theres a varegiated sort of wave, it’s cool. I havent quite finished yet but I’ll post pics and link asap (which might take a little while I’m handsewing this time)

I wish I could see what they actually looked like on the model. The photographer is too far away and her leg obscures the whole “hareem” effect.

I just saw that this pattern is also available for free on the german Burdastyle page and there is also another picture where you can see much better how the shape is
