This dress was inspired by the 50’s era. Think of Oklahoma chic. Lol.
Red satin bias. Blue cotton poka dot on white. Interfacing (fusible, non-fusible). Spiral boning. Tulle. Broadcloth. Canvas. I also made my own patterns for this dress.

I totally would if It was my size and if I was a girl. Lol. I made this just for fun and presenting some of my work to people. Thank you for your compliment!

SO sorry for responding so late about the size but it’s a pattern industry size 10. The waist measurement is 27.5 inches and the bust measurement is 37 inches. If you’re interested in buying the dress, I can post this dress on eBay.com and send you the item number?

It is not my size. So please find another cinderella for it :)!
Maybe some day I can finish something like that myself ;)!

Wow – if I could I’d take that dress right out of the computer and put it into my closet (to wear it right now it’s too cold). Fantastic and you made the pattern yourself? Another wow – I wish I could do that. Right now I am fighting again with “donating” my projects to the clothing collection.

I actually went to fashion school. That’s where I learned to draft patterns. Learning how to make patterns takes patience. Lol.

Aww, thank you! I’m sure you will learn to make patterns. To save money, you can go to a community college and take a pattern making class? Anyway, good luck!

Chic indeed!
How could this not stop traffic? Or make a crowd pause (and consider)?
Great editing and tailoring.
