There are afew ways to how you can recreate this one piece, so I will list the ways you can do it and provide instructions on how I did it.
1. Trace off a pattern from an existing one piece and add seam allowance
2. Buy a pattern
3. Create your own pattern based on a previous pattern (make adaptions)
What I did was I downloaded the free burda style t-shirt dress pattern, and then altered the lower section to replicate a knicker style on front and back.
Intiially when I first tried on, I did not guess enough space for the distance between shoulder to crutch and it turned into a massive camel toe and g-string (not nice), so I re-cut the crutch area, and added in
I started off with a round neck, and after trying on I made adjustments to a v-neck. I added ruffles of tulle to the bottom of the bikini being carefully to not go to close to the crutch or it will look hairy LOL, and ruffles to the neckline.
