Description

Three tier layered petticoat.
Top tier – single layer of organza
Middle tier – double layer (inner layer organza, outer layer tulle
Bottom tier – quadruple layer of organza
All seams finished French seams.
Organza was used as a protective layer to ensure tulle did not snag stockings.
Waist slightly elasticated and fastens with hooks and eyes.

Material Notes

Organza needs extra pins to ensure all layers cut are even in size.
1 metre of Organza
3 metres of tulle
1" wide bias binding (2.5cm) x waist measurement + 15cm.
.75cm elasitic x waist measurement.
2 x small hooks and eyes.
