Burda Style For people who sew

I haven’t posted here in a long time. I just finished my exams, so I thought I would sew myself an outfit for the Mad Men themed party I’m going to on Sunday. My inspiration is the picture of the 50s Christian Dior dress. I’m using materials from charity shops though, and I couldn’t find anything that would look like the material of that skirt. So I just made a gathered black skirt with a little detail on the side instead. I’ll update you on the top part!
