Ok, this project was a challenge from my son. If you have a teenager in the house, you would know that these Five Panel Caps are, well, “Dope Fresh” (Their words, not mine) RIGHT NOW! My son loves buying these in all colors and patterns. Me being the mom that I am told him that they are kinda expensive, which in return he responded, " Well make them then." I am never one to turn down a sewing challenge, and if it saves money then even better. Also I am always trying to find fun projects for all my scrap fabric. I do admit even though this was a fun project to make, it took me 6 trys to get my pattern sizing right ( according to my son’s critique). To me these caps are a flash back to the 80’s or something you would have seen on an episode of “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air” . You know you’re old when fashion comes back around Hahaha!
