I made this dress for a carnival party here in Germany. The pattern is from a burda easy fashion magazine. I lifted the waist, to give it a more vintage look.
I had to sew till about half an hour before the party to get it ready in time, but it was worth the hurry.
By the way the party was amazing, just my feet really hurt afterwards, because of the shoes ;)

I really like your dress and of course your shoes that go with it. It is so much fun sewing a dress for a party and finishing just before you leave to go to it. Kind of gets the adrenalin flowing for the party!!
