Simple tube skirt/shirt made out of stretch jersey material that can be work 4 different ways. It makes two different skirts: high waisted and a mini skirt when you roll down the waistband, and two different length tops (depending on whether you roll down the top or not). Kind of along the lines of a lot of American Apparel’s clothing, but much cheaper!
