Description

4 panel skirt with hidden side snap closure. I created my own simple pattern for this and decided on the snap closure toward the end (I was a little nervous about making buttonholes).

Material Notes

Cotton bed sheet with leaf and butterfly print.
Sew-on snaps.

Thank you for the nice comments. No, I didn’t have to line it. The sheet is a nice solid percale so it worked out well on it’s own. I saw that dress you made Kliky (if it is one of your posted creations) – what a fun and creative idea for a dress!

This looks great. Did you have to line the skirt? I recently used a pretty sheet for the bottom of a dress and found it to be too thin on it’s own. Great job recycling!
