*THERE IS NO SKIRT PATTERN INCLUDED— DRAFT IT YOURSELF. The measurements below indicate outer front & back skirts which are wider than the inner lining skirts. At the hem, you will gather the outer skirts to be as wide as the inner lining skirts, to create the “bubble” effect. See step 7 for the sewing instructions.

A) 1 Outer front skirt panel, 130 cm (51 1/4 ins) wide, 53 cm (21 ins) long

B) 2 Outer back skirt panels, 64 cm (25 1/4 ins) wide, 53 cm (21 ins) long

C) 1 Inner front skirt panel, 80 cm (311/2 ins) wide, 48 cm (19 ins) long

D) 2 Inner back skirt panels 40 cm (153/4 ins) wide, 48 cm (19 ins) long

Vilene Bias Tape (stay tape): Iron to neck and armhole edges of lining -pieces.
