3-piece Activewear set

This was quite an ambitious project: I wanted to make myself a 4-piece running outfit for my first ever trail race in October. I sourced all the fabric online: technical moisture-wicking polyester, merino fabric and some fun skull-printed spandex for the main fabric. I had a fourth piece in mind, a merino vest, but ran out of time. I’m quite happy with my three pieces and I,ve been wearing them quite often to run . I used the Jalie Cora tights, Pneuma tank, and MCall 7261 for the hoodie. I added a full lining and foam cups to the bra and wrote a full tutorial on my blog

Material Notes

spandex, moisture-wicking polyester, merino

Spring, Fall, Winter
Garment Type
Knits/Jersey, Polyester, Wool

Thank you very much! It’s not that difficult to make (in some aspects it’s way easier than everyday clothing because). I think I spent more time sourcing fabric online than actually executing all the pieces. There are some really great patterns outthere now for activewear (Jalie, Sewaholic, Papercut, Fehr Trade), you should give it a try!
