A skirt with two layers. The blue layer is a bit wider than the other, but of the same length. The wrinkels are made with small sew-on snaps that are fastened between the two layers. I used the pattern that I made for the blue linen skirt. I thought of a cake with lots of frosting..
An old curtain and another cotton fabric, a zipper and 16 small sew-on snaps.

OMG, so adorable, and what a creative idea!
I understand the blue layer is a bit wider, but are both layers the same length from the waist?
And please forgive me if you already know this, but most people call those sew-on snaps, not buttons! I thought you might appreciate the correction.
Thanx for sharing your beautiful creation!

I love this and want one! As you may be able to tell, I like cake quite a lot, and it reminds me of frosting too!
